Noisy, dirty and crowded
February 27, 2024After paying for over a year premium rental payments I couldn't get out of here fast enough. Unattended children everywhere, knocking on doors, riding their bikes in the hallways, shooting play guns at all hours of the night and parents no where to be seen. Garbage all over property, irrigation that needs to be fixed before someone falls from lifted lines, noise at all hours, apartments with more people than renters, etc. You even see people coming in and out with their belongings in white ...trash bags. This is the prime example how a NEW apartment complex can deteriorate in a year. Management, it changed late last year for the worse also. They won't even call me back after leaving 5 messages.
