About Millworx

Welcome to Millworx, named for its re-envisioned and luxurious project on the old Idaho Veneer mill site in central Post Falls. We have four brand new communities: Heartwood at Millworx and West 44, both have two apartment buildings offering studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes ranging from 530-1128 sq ft. Our newest apartment community, North Yards at Millworx, offers studios, 1 and 2 bedroom homes with several different floorplans tailored to your needs.
