If there is more than one person walking above, and some people have parties with a lot of people, your only choice is to book a night in a hotel or you will have a sleepless night. The noise can become unbearable at times. The management there is greedy, and incompetent, sticking to no rules. Like a little Greek tyranny of sorts. The owner has a few more loft buildings across the city, and I visited some of them, and all of them face the same problems. It's a nice concept to retrofit and repurpose abandoned buildings but it has to be done correctly, adhering to residential codes, and fair practices. This isn't the case at the Milwaukee Park Lofts.
