Starbucks can be found within 5 minutes, and In-Shape gym isn't too far as well. Basically, what I really like about this is the location. I also like the fact that it's affordable. Rent for my studio is $660/mo and it's just enough space for what I need. Rent is month to month, so there's some flexibility there if you decide you're unhappy with the place, you're fine to leave as long as you take the proper steps of course. I like the layout of the studio. Neighbors are relatively quiet, which is a plus for me. Tenants tend to be a lot of older folks or people barely starting their families. I was told that there would be a security on site, but I only saw the security guard twice since the past 5 months I've been here. Not that it's a problem, but it'd be nice to have security come out more often as management said they would. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is another thing I like about this place. I don't have to worry about fighting for parking.
