Nice but noisy
April 7, 2021The ceilings/floors really transmit sound. I am on the top floor so I figured I wouldn’t have too much problems with noise since usually it’s the people above you that you hear the most. Somehow I can hear everything my downstairs neighbors do. I can hear them walking around, I can hear them cooking, I can hear them talking (and their little kids screaming), and I can hear whenever they are listening to music or watching tv. I don’t think they are even particularly loud neighbors, it’s just the ...way this building is built that makes their noise transmit so well. Pretty annoying at times and really makes me self conscious of my own noise so I am tiptoeing around my apartment and watching tv at minimum volume because I’m sure the noise goes down just as well as it goes up. Otherwise the apartment is nice and the location is awesome which makes it worth it for me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 21, 2021This is my second lease with Dakota Commercial, I have had only good experiences with this team except for recently with consistent noise complaints with nothing being done about it. Otherwise, it has been a great experience renting from these guys.Review from Apartments.com
Good apartment, location and management
January 21, 2021Location is great, close to downtown and to the Dakota commercial office too. Management is easy to get a hold of for questions or maintenance issues. Great price for a great apartment
January 10, 2019We live in Minnesota Heights and love the place. The apartment is new and has updated appliances. We have lots of space in our apartment for such a great price. Dakota Commercial has always been available to help answer questions and is readily available when maintenance is needed.
