Awesome place and manager!
July 13, 2023This is my 4th year in the apartment and next year I am renewing the lease. I want to thank Justine, new apartment Manager, for the work she has been doing in the apartment. With the frequent managers changes, things were going out control, certain set of people were not following rules, parking the cars anywhere, playing loud music etc. Because of all this, we planned to move out of the apartment. However, as the new manager joined we started seeing the changes.: 1) People are now again ...following the rules. I rarely see issues with parking. 2) Earlier people used to play loud music in cars, in parking area, and in apartments, in the nights. This is controlled now. 3) Kids are playing playing in a proper designated places. 4) Gym is getting improved. I can see new machines weight in it. 5) She is having plans and renovating the club house and many more things in the apartments. 6) Manger is very polite and friendly. 7) I admire the way she is trying to handle the things. In every task, she performs, we can see some positive intentions in that. There are certain things, in my home, which are not as per the lease agreement.Very politely she raised that concern and got them corrected and I did not mind. 8) She is kids loving manager. My 8 yrs daughter always come home, after playing and sometimes she tells me how nicely manager talks to her and her friends. 9) Good place to live. Apartment is near to El Camino real. Ponderosa park is near. 10) Neighbors are also very friendly and respectful. Because of all these, we changed our mind and again renewing the lease. If you obey the rules and respect others then definitely this apartment and manager like Justine is for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very bad environment
July 1, 2021This apartment has no A/C except the management office. Even if there is heat warnings, the window cannot be opened because of noise and smell. NOISE In the courtyard, there are 5-8 children who often play without guardians after school between 4pm and sunset. Their screams reach a harmful noise level, and penetrate the apartment. In the clubhouse, there is a party at night, and the heavy bass sounds rock the apartment. Nothing changes even if the office manager gives them warnings. SMELL I'm ...suffering from the very strong curry spice, onion, and a smell of incense. Even I closed all windows, those come and fill the room. COCKROACH There are three kinds of roaches here at least. Tried to use killing powder for the unit two times but doesn't work at all. Entire apartment building must be sanitized. GARBAGE The capacity of the garbage bin is not enough, and a lot of garbage is always scattered before collecting. UTILITY FEE Tenants are required to pay all utility bills separately from the rent, and $3 fee is required for online payment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Insecure, Noise, Old houses, Irresponsible Manager
February 27, 2021I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and left it because: a) It is not secure, thieves take packets/parcels from your doors. The majority of people have lost their bikes including me. But not action by Management. 2. You need to call the leasing office multiple times to get your maintenance work done. Sometimes with actually doing the work, the manager marks it done on the portal. 3. You can easily listen to what your neighbors are discussing. Walls are not noise proof. 4. Loud music is ...a problem. Some boys play loud music in the apartment. No action by the manager. 5. Though I have left the apartment but having many friends still living there and they always complain about the speedy cars in the parking. Not safe for kids and adults. Seems the manager is not taking action and asking the residents to call him on seeing such things...:) 6. Earlier manager was a very good and nice person. The new one is a lazy person. 7. You can see many strangers waling in the apartment. 8. Dirty laundry. You can always find some washer not working and always water on floor. 9. Over crowded, some homes are always having 8-9 people living. 10. As many homes are over crowded, you can always find issue with guest parking and all the time speedy cars moving in the parking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
