January 19, 2024DO NOT rent here. There is a lack of communication , they have condescending answers to emails and answers on phone calls when you can reach them. They force you to go through your insurance for things they ( greystar) should be taking care of. Rent is cheap , its quiet ( if you get good neighbors) but other than that management is terrible and rude and you can find other apartments at the same rate elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2023Unprofessional move in process, communication issues, left on hold for 20 minutes to then go to the office and be told they forgot I was in the phone. Be yelled at and berated by maintenance because they went to the wrong apartment for a emergency request and found that, that tenant changed the locks and blamed me and made me wait for 2 hours with my shower running eventually missing work to wait for them to show up; And they didn’t even reach out, I had to call back to get them to even think ...about maybe confirming information which I had to initiate since they were too busy making accusations after I called.Property Manager Responded
