January 15, 2025I like the community. It is super convenient with all the stores , coffee and restaurants. The courtyard is nice and quite with all the plants and flowers. The swimming pool is nice and clean.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I do not believe that Federal Realty is focused on properly maintaining Santana Row or the satisfaction of the tenants in these apartments. I know of a few tenants who have moved because of their dissatisfaction with the property.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2024Unfortunately, the quality has been degraded dramatically in last 2 years. Maintenance is very slow for public areas. When an appliance is broken, its fix takes several months.Property Manager Responded
