March 5, 2024My experience has not been the greatest. The most recent request was for a garbage disposal switch that was not working and a bathroom towel rack that was broken. The disposal was fixed, however, the towel rack was simply put back, without being screwed in. I submitted another request for this, but did not have anyone go out. February 14, 2024The quality of the furnishings is sub par especially considering the rent rates. There are ants invasions every 4-5 days. Water bill seems to indicate leakage that is not properly addressed.
