    I moved into this apartment and it’s cool but my problem is the fact this apartment been renovated and sink and dish washer not draining right and it’s smell because disposal not working and toilet was linking

    The only thing that not good is the trash and the gate staying open people walking in and knocking on doors. The tow service is also bad we shouldn’t have to get our cars towed. The dog owners don’t pick up behind their pets.

    Overall quiet area, in vicinity of a lot stores/food places. Only things is building hallways/siding are dirty and never get cleaned. And I have been dealing with trying to get my floors fixed for several months with no luck.

    For the most part the thing that I like about living in Mission Ranch is that it's a quiet calm community for the most part. I think that things have gotten so much better with the changes in management. I am looking forward to seeing how these changes play out in the future. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, overall, my experience with living here has been good,

    Microwave and washing machine have been malfunctioning for over 6 months I maintenance man, 1 cleaning lady for over 800 apts, dog poop everywhere
