Probably should remove me from able to review. By far worst place to live. No assistance unless stay on them, things don't get done after multiple requests. Email and phone calls ignored, lie about things. They messed up approving 3 cars on a 2 person occupancy whn only 2 should have been allowed, tried to remove one and add new vehicle and TOWed it! 345.00 later was told would get a refund if can prove parking passes approved, did show it and no refund. Will not return call or respond to ...
emails. Issues from the start. Signed a 14mo lease, unit# chngd before mvd in and sumhow have a 10mo lease and won't fix.LOOK ELSEWHERE!!@!@..

I give a 3 because since living here the complex has raised rents but not the maintenance of the community. The back gate has been broken for months and these rules about parking passes for residents and their guests are an inconvenience and then the limitation on how many cars you can have is very inconvenient.

I’ve been living at Mission Ranch for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. The landscaping is always on point, and the entire complex is clean and welcoming. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. I also really appreciate how responsive and friendly the management team is. Overall good community. The office staff Never answers the phone to assist residents. I’ve maybe got someone to answer 4-5 the year I’ve been a resident. The maintenance work orders turn around SUCKS.

I have been here going on two years and I love my apartment. Nice community but I just wish that the gates were working and the windows in the workout room were not visible to the public.
