    My boyfriend and I just moved into Modera Broadway three weeks ago, and we love it so far! The apartment unit has great appliances, from the gas stove to the large washing and dryer machines. The leasing office staff have been great as well. They were very communicative during our move and are quick to help us resolve any issues that we email/call them about. We are enjoying the amenities too, especially the gym, which is never too crowded. We are looking to spending time here.

    I’m new to Seattle and Modera, I’ve lived here for about 4 months, and I am certainly lucky to have chosen this apartment building! I didn’t do a lot of research when moving ( just chose modera off of a friend’s recommendation), and let me tell you, I LOVE it!!! The location is so perfect, close to all necessities as well as luxuries. Great food nearby, easy access to public transport, right next to Cal Anderson park/frequent local events, less than a block away from Capitol hill’s weekly farmers ...
    market, ect. I love the building itself too! Great amenities (the best rooftop frrrr) and a lovely community. Every place has it’s flaws (the coffee bar seems to always be closed and the rooftop time restrictions can be frustrating especially if you’re a night owl like me) but for the most part I’d say this is a pretty special building and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Capitol Hill.

  • Amazing location, building, and staff!

    This is by far the nicest and cleanest apartment community I have ever had the pleasure of moving into. The location is amazing, especially in terms of urban living; being so close to both a streetcar station and light rail makes commuting a breeze. That's not even mentioning that one of Seattle's nicest parks is literally right next door, and so is a fantastic farmers market that happens every weekend! The Modera staff are amazing too!     The building is beautiful, clean, modern (has AC!), and in a fantastic location. It is the prettiest building out of the 42 buildings I've researched online and seen in-person from tours, visiting friends, and living in. But what makes Modera Broadway stand out from all the buildings in CapHill is the staff. Their cleaning crew leaves the place spotless every day. The night guard actively makes sure the building is secure. Their leasing agent Leigha is super organized and fast at responding. I ...
    signed without touring the actual apartment (I had seen the building beforehand; the actual apartment wasn't available for viewing at the time) because she constantly showed that she had my best interest in mind. I see the staff working late hours to make sure this building and the apartments are perfect, as well as churning through applications and tours because they truly understand the importance of making sure people have a wonderful home to live in. Before signing with Modera, I had almost signed with other beautiful buildings--but no staff compares to the current Modera Broadway staff. I love my quiet oasis here at Modera in the middle of this city.

    I've been living in Moderna Broadway for 2+ years and I've been so incredibly happy. The staff is amazing, especially Leigha, the grounds are clean and well furnished and the tenants are respectful.
