May 10, 2025I've lived in this apartment for over a year and overall, it's been a great experience. The maintenance team is responsive, and the location is convenient. April 22, 2025Just moved in but love it here so far.Kandi was awesome and helped us tremendously with getting lease signed asap because we were in tight time situation. We Love the amenities offered here. Those were what really convinced us this was place for us. Only negative would be we wish that the pool would open little sooner in May.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025Apartments look nice, but cheaply made. Cold air will come through the wall and around the door making the in unit heater inefficient. Vehicle charging used to be free, now it’s an additional fee on top of our personal electric bill and community electric fee. A few times, dumpsters will be overfilled and trash, laying all over the place.Property Manager Responded

Being able to communicate with them even when I was not in country and coming back to the states with open arms made my transition a lot easier.
