    I think the apartment and amenities are nice. There are not enough parking spots though and some appliances need to be updated or fixed as they seem to be worn down.

    Great community, well maintained. Maintenance requests are fulfilled immediately. Very nice view overlooking Denver, respectful residents. Mailroom is a good setup and area for mail delivery has refrigerator as well as password protected lockers

    Carlos, Dennis, Maria, Nayeli, everyone is truly great!!! They have made the move in experience super easy & feel at home. Carlos is extremely effective when i submit work order & Maria and Nayeli are super sweet and helpful. Truly amazing staff.

    Modera LoHi is a high quality place to live. They have good amenities except that the hot tub has been closed since I moved in.

    So far, I have been very satisfied with my experience at Modera LoHi. The rent is not cheap but the overall quality of the building and the staff are very good. The location is also excellent - close to many restaurants, LoDo and the Highlands. It is a pet friendly place and my dog loves the large balcony we have. Overall, I would recommend Modera LoHi to others on their apartment search!
