August 26, 2021So far, I have been very satisfied with my experience at Modera LoHi. The rent is not cheap but the overall quality of the building and the staff are very good. The location is also excellent - close to many restaurants, LoDo and the Highlands. It is a pet friendly place and my dog loves the large balcony we have. Overall, I would recommend Modera LoHi to others on their apartment search!Property Manager Responded
