December 4, 2024I absolutely love living at Modera Lofts! The community here is friendly and welcoming, and the management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The events are fantastic, the Halloween party this year was Harry Potter themed and was so much fun! November 21, 2024Modera is one of the best apartments in downtown Jersey City. Amenities wise this stands among the best ones even though the rent here is much lesser. The management is responsive and very helpful. They have probably the best management team in the neighborhood. Parking garage is a bit cramped up and has low ceiling.Property Manager Responded
