    Living at Moderna Lofts is a continuing dream. My wife and I love it! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for the residents. Everything is well executed by them. Val is just a nice nice guy. He is always kid and helps everyone out, just a naturally kind and gregarious gentleman. He makes the experience over the top.

    I absolutely love living at Modera Lofts! The community here is friendly and welcoming, and the management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The events are fantastic, the Halloween party this year was Harry Potter themed and was so much fun! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home with a friendly vibe and lots of perks.

    Modera is one of the best apartments in downtown Jersey City. Amenities wise this stands among the best ones even though the rent here is much lesser. The management is responsive and very helpful. They have probably the best management team in the neighborhood. Parking garage is a bit cramped up and has low ceiling.

    Great building, great staff, great location! Nice amenities in the building especially the roof. TVs could be easier to operate and the key fob system takes some getting used to. Overall a good place to live.

    maintenance and transparency seem to be a constant issue. the team is kind on paper but i've followed up about serious ongoing issues that never get fully solved.
