I particularly enjoy the peaceful environment and the proximity to public transport and local shops. November 27, 2024Was not informed that maintenance is coming and they entered my home when I wasn’t home and I was unaware. But problem was fixed. Still very uncomfortable with them entering my home without me being there. The concierge told me they will call and inform me but they failed to do so.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2024Good apartment building with nice rooms. The lounge area is great and the concierge is super friendly. Room lighting could definitely be improved though, no lights past the kitchen or in the bedroom.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2024My experience living in this apartment community has been overall very positive. The location is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation all within walking distance, making daily life much easier. The community is clean and well-maintained, with excellent landscaping that creates a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The amenities in the apartment, including the gym, are well-maintained and always accessible. The management team is responsive and helpful ...whenever there’s an issue or a maintenance request. Neighbors are friendly, and the building itself is generally quiet, which allows for a calm living environment. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a convenient, peaceful, and well-managed place to live. September 19, 2024This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It has a spacious layout with modern amenities, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a beautiful view of the city skyline. The neighborhood is also vibrant and full of life, with cafes, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance.
