There is a lot of dog pee/poop around the building. But the residents are really friendly and kind. The dishwasher and laundry in unit is beautiful though.

I absolutely love living here! Jasmine, Tati, Connie and the entire maintenance crew have made living here such a joy! Any work orders I’ve ever had to put in get answered expeditiously. Whenever I go into the office, I’m greeted warmly and they know who I am and where I live! I appreciate the personable experience I’ve had and I can’t wait to continue living here. It’s been a year and a half and I can’t see myself living anywhere else!!

Wonderful and friendly environment. Staff is fantastic and very helpful. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Area is nice. Parking is no good. Shouldn't have to pay for parking all day if living in a residential area.

pool hours sucks, cant even use it before or after work and to have it only for 3.5 months sucks. communal areas to be reserved and paid for by the hour with outrageous rates by the hr. Cant even celebrate your bday without paying for the space.

The move-in experience was fairly easy. The staff was accommodating by allowing us to see the space beforehand and even moving stuff in early. The freight elevator's move-in window is tight, so I recommend adding an hour or two. The residents have been warm and welcoming, which is always lovely.
