August 29, 2025Definitely recommended if you want a tranquil place to live in the heart of a great location. Shayla was super useful upon move in and all the questions we had. I do wish parking was better enforced (residents often park in visitor parking out of convenience and aren’t booted). The best apartment complex to live in Atlanta
August 4, 2025My 2+ years living in the Modera Old Ivy has been just phenomenal in all aspects. The complex is modern and stylish and extremely clean everywhere. The amenities - gym, pool, sauna - are fantastic . The people that live there are delightful - all tenants have been respectful and kind. And lastly, the staff is amazing and proactively work to make sure every tenant has the best possible experience every day. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded
