November 20, 2024The amenities are nice, but the ones that are used the most (pool, gym, bowling area), are not well kept. Yes, they are high traffic area, but you would think it would get a little extra TLC. The area outside the building is even filthier. On the south side of the building—one block over—there is a homeless resource center. Therefore, there is a lot of suspicious characters, and filth around. The San Diego cleanup crew come and cleanup, but it’s never enough because there are always people there. ...Really wish they were truthful about it when I first inquired about the property; it was one of my first questions.
