December 29, 2023I have lived at Modera for half a year, and have no complaints. Thank you to the ladies in the leasing office (Ashley + Katrina) that helped make my move from the west coast incredibly smooth. The property is modern, spotless, and centrally located. A special shout out to Donjaye who properly maintains the building! He is incredibly attentive, friendly, and hardworking. The staff and residents alike have a way of making you feel welcome. Beautiful building, overall great experience
December 6, 2023Lived here for about a year, and I’m overall very happy. Stunning building and common areas, and the unit is clean and updated. Really handy location — you can walk to the Lidl/Target/Trader Joe’s on 14th, as well as Adams Morgan and Mt Pleasant. Not cheap, but in this building it’s well worth it, especially considering how pricey this area is. Donjay and the other maintenance worker (I’m forgetting his name) are very responsive, considerate, and helpful. My only problem with the building is ...that I and many of my neighbors have had occasional issues with smelly water from the drain line. In the latest instance, I haven't been able to use my dishwasher for a week because the smell is so bad. Really hope building management can get that sorted out!Property Manager Responded
