Beautiful building, overall great experience

Lived here for about a year, and I’m overall very happy. Stunning building and common areas, and the unit is clean and updated. Really handy location — you can walk to the Lidl/Target/Trader Joe’s on 14th, as well as Adams Morgan and Mt Pleasant. Not cheap, but in this building it’s well worth it, especially considering how pricey this area is. Donjay and the other maintenance worker (I’m forgetting his name) are very responsive, considerate, and helpful. My only problem with the building is ...
that I and many of my neighbors have had occasional issues with smelly water from the drain line. In the latest instance, I haven't been able to use my dishwasher for a week because the smell is so bad. Really hope building management can get that sorted out!

Everything from the leasing to living experience has been unrivalled in quality and care from the Modera Sedici team. I genuinely feel like the team wants my living experience to be positive and uses clever problem solving to make that happen. No other management company has made me feel so cared for as them.
