October 6, 2024Mollybrook is the perfect place for me. I love the community. It’s all ages. I’ve been here since it opened and I’ve been in the same two bedroom apartment on the first floor, which is great for my disabilities. I love that you can be a social as you want or you could just keep to yourself if you want, guess my complaint is that there’s been a big turnover lately but like I said, I’ve been here for three years so I just hope my neighbors are nice as the ones that leftProperty Manager Responded

September 10, 2024Counting down til lease is up honestly. Quality of materials is really low ie my door is hollow, walls paper thin etc. price is too high for what it is. The “Buzzoto” brand scent piped throughout the place is off putting.Property Manager Responded
