November 1, 2024I used to like living here but things have gone downhill very fast. The new app-based access system is buggy and complicated to use. It prevents access to my unit. Elevators frequently break and go unfixed for months. Locks on gates to pool make it inaccessible. Nobody cares. The property manager, Patrick, is never onsite, at most for a few hours a week on Wednesdays.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2024Monaco at Main is a great community. My family and friends are constantly being encouraged to come by to see what is offered. This apartment complex has a family type atmosphere.
