From the fitness center to the common areas, everything is well-maintained and designed for comfort and convenience. One thing that has truly stood out is the snow removal service—it’s been phenomenal. The team is always on top of it, ensuring that the property is safe and accessible, even during heavy snowfall. While I’ve ...had an issue with my individual mail key, I’ve been reassured that it’s being addressed. I appreciate the communication and will trust it will be resolved soon. December 15, 2024I was promised a gift card for renewing my lease, which i renewed this summer. It was promised at “the end of October”. It’s now December 15th, and last I checked, there was some “in progress” work for it, while I had new “renew your lease!” signs put on my door. When I last asked about the gift card I was treated like I shouldn’t have asked in the first place, instead of admitting that there was a problem. There has been a large hole in the hallway wall for over a year, it continues to get ...bigger. Yesterday the fire alarm went off in the building for no emergency for several hours before anyone shut it off. Our dryer stopped getting enough heat but maintenance takes forever to fix things. Something happens here every day so it takes a lot of effort to focus on the good. It’s warm.Property Manager Responded
