These apartments suck
October 10, 2018They suck. The maintenance sucks. The front desk sucks. I lived there for over 2 months and hated, because they never come fix anything you meed to be done. Ive had my breaker box go in and out the whole time I wqs there. It got to the point of my last month there that me and family had no air, no stove, and no hot water are electricity in most of the apartment. We had to go buy hot plates and a few box fans to use from the bathroom on an extension cord to with air and something to cook. The ...breaker box messing up as bad as it was, was causing and electrical hazard qnd soon a fire hazard. They stayed wanting they rent but couldn't fix nothing. I didn't feel safe to leave my fiance and two kids there while I went to work. The front desk saod I never came to them when I went multiple times to them to get the breaker box fix. Then the maintence finally came after I had to act out of character, but took them a week and a half to come look at it. Then they said they had to order a new one and never did. Two weeks later still haven't fixed it. Even my neighboors complained to the front desk and maintence because of the problems they were having.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
NEVER MOVE THERE
March 21, 2018The apartment manager asked my wife out on a date. We paid rent every month on time, completed the lease, gave 30 day notice, cleaned the apartment before we left, and were then ignored and never given our deposit back. Our apartment got a leak in the roof and it took months for them to fix it with running water pouring into our apartment. We regularly heard gunfire while we were there with someone dying across the street and one of my car tires was stabbed.Review from Apartments.com
