THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DESPOSIT
August 21, 2023Run! They will lie and make up stuff to keep your deposit. I had to take my case to a small claims suit and was able to get some of my money back. Unfortunately the court did not grant me punishing damages, which I totally believe they deserve so they do not keep on preying on people’s good faith but at least they had to returned what they unlawfully kept. If you decide to rent here take tons of pictures when moving in and before leaving, even from inside if cabinets, yes you read correctly, ...they will charge you for painting inside of those old, old, old kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Take fotos of the carpet before you move in and when you move out, they will claim the carpet needs stretching and if you let them get away they will charge you for replacing the carpet and not doing it. Be ready for the water being shut off regularly and not having hot water during the winter, this last winter (2022/2023) we did not have hot water, we barely had lukewarm water to shower. I wish I read the reviews before moving in, I would have found something else and not have gone through the nightmare of moving out.Property Manager Responded

Incompetent
August 22, 2022At first my experience with this apartment complex was pleasant. We made an appointment for a self tour on the property and a very nice woman helped us. We then applied that night after budgeting and concluding that we made 2.5x the rent before taxes. (Which legally is what you base it off of). However we were denied by Terry and management. His reasonings over the phone for why we supposedly didn’t make 2.5x did not make sense, if they were basing them off of income before taxes. Also was not ...able to recognize a form of cash income from my current employment because I don’t put them in my bank. That has never been a problem with management in the past and they have always trusted their applicants based on given info. Not sure what kind of sketchy crowd is applying here. Awful experience with office team, rent is exceedingly high for what is offered (the washer and dryer can barely fit a medium size load) and the complex buildings look seemingly old and barely kept up. I can pay 100 dollars more at a luxury apartment complex down the street. Might I add, I have lived in numerous apartment complex’s (having made much less) and still have gotten approved and have never been late on my rent.Property Manager Responded

they never refund your deposit back!
March 6, 2022i have been living here for a year. The air conditioner totally not working in the summer!! They can’t fix it,it’s really hot! And also when I move out I pay for someone to clean the whole apt and I checked it’s very clean but they still charge me the cleaning fee and the deposit they return only 5 dollars back! They won’t refund u any money back plz don’t move there! They have many excuse to charge u!Property Manager Responded

Awful place to live
April 14, 2017This complex is a joke...where to begin? Ever since MG properties took over, this is an awful place to live. There is CONSTANT construction and it's like living in a construction zone. The construction men frequently yell, invade areas they shouldn't (like other patios), and disrespect the fact that people LIVE here. Because of the construction, water is turned off FREQUENTLY, often without notice. The staff in the leasing office are incredibly rude. Especially Vanessa and Josh. I have heard ...them frequently yell at residents. They also always give you the run around whenever you ask about things happening in the complex. For example, if you call to say that your hot water is off, they'll say "no it's not; it shouldn't be." Well great, but it is? I also have heard Vanessa, a blond worker, and a maintenance man talking about how drunk they got and the alcohol content of some drink. HOW PROFESSIONAL. Parking is terrible and the office won't do anything about it expect make you pay extra for a spot. Get this--for a week, mail was stopped to put in regulation mailboxes. They put in new boxes and mail never came BECAUSE the new boxes ARE NOT REGULATION! So our mail is currently lost and I think this demonstrates how incredibly ineffective the staff is if they ordered mail boxes and didn't even check to make sure that they meet regulations. Also, hot water and gas has been off for 64 hours for emergency repair with no end in sight and the complex will not cover hotels so residents can shower. It's funny that they suddenly say a gas leak is an emergency when the smell of gas by the pools has been extremely noticeable for about a year. Yet suddenly it's disrupting our entire life. In sum, the staff is awful, the complex is a construction zone, but the grounds are pretty? Don't live here. Oh, and they make you pay for your neighbors to wash clothes because they split water costs by unit even for those people who don't have washers. Fantastic.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015We have called this our home for over 6 years and we couldnt be happier with how its accomodated exactly what our lives need. The parking is excellent and the landscaping is always upkept. This place has 2 pools which are always relaxing and it also has 3 laundry rooms plus a gym which gives us many options when needing to do laundry or get our fitness on. The maintenance staff are so kind and if there is ever an issue they are right there to help out. We obviously love this place or we wouldnt ...have stayed here this long.
