Lease renewal process
September 29, 2025Online lease renewal was easy process. Access to package locker service and mail room requires app use plus rental payments are trying to be forced into App also but there is still a desktop option for those of us skeptical of all things 'app'. Bad window screens like sunglasses
February 27, 2025window screens has just been replaced by apartment owner company. They replaced it with really dark ones; so we cant see daylight inside the home even if it is really sunny. We feel like we stayed in a cave. I just talked to office that we are disappointed, please replace them with transperent ones but they did not accept to replace and also did not let them be removed I do not suggest anyone moving to this apartment without walking through.Property Manager Responded

Surprise Fees on Move-Out
October 16, 2023I lived here for one year, and the staff was kind. However, when we moved out, they charged us an extra $140.00 for cleaning and a $175.77 fee for damages/painting(without providing any evidence or proof of the damages). This was unexpected, as during our check-out inspection, they did not mention these charges, which was quite disappointing!Property Manager Responded
