what a load of garbage
April 19, 20213 managers came to the apartment today to tell us we need to take our netting down. we have no privacy being right next to the car park door everyone looks in. i spent aproximaetly $1000 to make my patio look nice and safe for the family and kids. the manager said to me it can only be kept up with written permission from the property owner i asked if i could speak to them the answer was no i asked how to get in touch with them. i was told no again, since when does a manager deny you a number or ...even a name of the property owner so we could ask for permission. she said she was the voice for the property owner and i cant get access to anyone to ask permission. WHAT A POWER TRIP. even tho its pertty much a mosquito netting to protect my wife from mosquito bites because she is allergic . since when are we not allowed to create our own privacy in the apartments we pay so much for no wonder loads of people move out per weekRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
landlord
September 15, 2015I have lived here for over a year and id have to say the landlady is completely lazy , it take months to fix appliances and when they do its the cheapest way usually just a quick fix within a month your having to contact her again to fix the problem patios are horrible made, nails sticking out. neighbors are dirty leaving trash in hallways causing a bug problem. also there have been 4 robberies with in 3 months here . The Jacuzzi doesn't work, gym equipment is out dated and gross , washing ...machine and dryers are always breaking down or not working correct have to pay double just to get your clothes dried . only reason im still here is my credit is bad and its been hard to find another place as close to my job . I don't suggest this place . at allRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Diverse Apartment Complex
August 25, 2015This is a nice place if you don't mind hearing your neighbors all the time. Some of the neighbors are kind of noisy and the landlord lives on site and will tell you if you are being too loud. Its hard to get mail here because sometimes they don't answer the gate. Other than that, it is in a great location. Going downtown on the weekends only takes like 20 minutes, the beach is another 20, and so Is long beach. It is very central close to many dining places, and walking distance to the grocery ...store and starbucks! They offer parking, so thats never an issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

details
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
