1 Zero Star rating please
December 13, 2024If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. Do not live here!!! This place is roach infested and termite infested. Management does bare minimum and when asked for action they tell you one thing to your face, but it never gets done. Gates are never fixed, junkies and homeless hangout in the area, and it is definitely not safe. Multiple shootings on 48th st side. Besides the outrageous price I was willing to let it all slide and be happy and done with the worst place I have ever lived after move-out, BUT ...NO, Greystar is the horrible gift that you never wanted. After we properly fulfilled our move out procedure and paid all current move out costs, Greystar screwed up and sent our supposed “final utilities bill” to the apartment we just moved out of, and they never forwarded our mail or called us to let us know there was another “bill”. After 5 MONTHS of blissfully happy to be out of this place, I get a call saying Greystar sent ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THERE OWN SCREW UP. Do your self a favor, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!Property Manager Responded

This is not a new property and their are always issues to address. Both the office staff and maintenance crew keep the train on the tracks no matter what. Live here if you want roaches
July 25, 2024Had roaches the entire time I lived here even with regular requests for pest control. Found hundreds and I’m sick to know of how many more there were unseen.
