January 23, 2025Been almost 4 years and we love it. Pros: improvements to amenities, staff is amazing, we love our apartment with lots of storage closets, washer and dryer in unit, and big balcony with ceiling fan. Maintenance is tremendous. Cons: garage doors always break so lack of security, trash bins are always overflowing and messy.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024When we moved in here we thought it was okay, as time went by cars were broken into and/or stolen right out of the garage because the cameras never work or the garage gate never closed because it was somehow always broken. Cannot wait for my lease to be up!Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2024Been here for 3 years and love it! The staff is great! Huge issue is people who don’t clean up after their dogs. And people who drive in the parking lot like it’s a race track. Other than that, it’s a safe, comfortable place to live.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2024I would not recommend living at Monteverde. It is not a safe or clean environment. Management does not care about their residents and they have stated that they do not advertise safety. It took several months for the garage gate to be fixed and many cars were broken into. The building is filthy. Every year the rent increases but the quality of the building decreases.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024Constant smells of people smoking marijuana. Some residents throw garbage in the hallway and don't clean after themselves. I have been complaining of my upstairs neighbors kids running pass midnight till 5am and during this year of complaining of not being able to sleep due to the noise nothing has been done about it.Property Manager Responded
