INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!
September 4, 2021My apartment is infested with cockroaches and has been since the day I moved in, despite meticulous cleaning every day. They come out of every appliance, wall and radiator in every room. No amount of spraying or cockroach bait traps makes any difference. The exterminator explained to me that the whole building has a problem, and that you're at the mercy of your neighbors to be clean and your landlord to fill every conceivable hole (almost impossible). The building itself is in disrepair, with an ...incompetent maintenance staff more likely to damage than fix the apartments. The view is nice, if your windows aren't so damaged so that you can hardly see out of them (old windows with damaged seals leak dirt and water, causing streaks in between the panes that can't be cleaned so they always appear dirty). Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. I can hardly imagine any building in the area, no matter how cheap, being worse than this one. My landlord was extremely dishonest from the start and hid these problems from me, and now I'm paying the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
