Don’t live here
June 12, 2023I moved in around the end of January since I’ve moved in it’s been one thing after another. I’ve dealt with a mice infestation, and now possibly bedbugs, crazy tenants. I’ve been assaulted by a tenant who’s regularly drunk and tries to fight people in the building. They refuse to kick him out because he’s section 8 and they only care about money. They didn’t disclose how many violent sex offenders live in the building. The amenities they list here are not true there’s no ice maker, dishwasher, ...etc. they claim to have security but don’t so the homeless are crack heads are constantly getting in the the building. The building reeks of weed and trash. There’s black mold on the walls by the elevators. The laundry room washer and dryers are constantly out of order and are old and don’t work well so it cost more than what it should to get your clothes actually washed. The parking situation is horrendous and they refuse to fix the back gate so anyone can get into the the building. They have a creepy maintenance man who breaks into peoples apartment and steals. Packages and deliveries are stolen. There’s no one ever at the front and maintenance is non existent. The landlord locked the fire exit with a bike chain which prevented people from exiting during a fire. The area is dangerous and the tenants can also be dangerous. They claim apartments are remodeled and they aren’t they barely even clean them before someone new moves in. People are constantly screaming outside or playing loud music all hours of the night and they do nothing. They don’t maintain the backyard very well trash in constantly overflowing and rats everywhere. There’s needles constantly on the ground. The only people would enjoy living here would be crackheads.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
