About Morris-Hill Apartments
Morris-Hill Apartments is a twenty-six (26) unit, three (3) story upscale residential apartment complex located at 34 Hill Street, Morristown, New Jersey (the “Property”). The complex is situated on impeccably landscaped grounds with thirty-three (33) on-site parking spaces. The Property is ideally located on a residential street within walking distance to the NJ Transit train station (direct service to Manhattan), exclusive South Street shopping and restaurants, as well as the Town Square (i.e. “The Green”). The Property is comprised of an excellent mix of fourteen (14) one bedroom and twelve (12) two bedroom units. The building is vintage 1930, with the architectural significance of that era, marble foyer, as well as nine-foot ceilings throughout most of the apartments. All common areas (foyer & hallways) have recently been renovated by a professional interior decorator. A state-of-the-art closed circuit security camera system monitors the Property to provide our residents the comfort of 24/7 surveillance. All units feature beautiful hardwood flooring with individual gas-fired baseboard hot water heating systems. The water & sewer are paid for by the Property. The Tenant pays for its own heat (gas), cooking gas and electricity, which are separately metered.

Great spot
July 12, 2021I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a great experience! The restaurants/bars and the green are a short walk away. Also it's clutch that the train station is right down the road. The building is older but the apartments are always being renovated. You have a ton of space in your apartment and it has a great look to it. Management usually responds very quickly to anything you need and are very nice. The washing machines in the basement are a little small but they get the job done. The ...landscaping is always well maintained and the building is on a big street; visitors will not have a problem parking in front of the building or nearby. It's a nice neighborhood to walk around and there's a basketball court in a park down the street. I will always look back with great fondness of living here as a young guy. Very decent people
January 13, 2021I resided at this complex for many years, and I have to say that the property is always meticulously maintained, and the Management Company does an outstanding job. Work orders are responded to in short order, almost always within 24 hours. The location is second to none in Town – it is on a residential street that is walking distance to the train station, shopping and great Morristown eateries. If you are looking for a building that has it all (off street parking, gym, beautiful grounds, ...apartments with 9’ ceilings and crown moldings throughout), this is the place to be, and the rental prices are extremely reasonable. Unprofessional Landlords - You are just a rent check
December 8, 2020The property itself is lovely looking... on the outside. Unfortunately, what you'll find out when living here is that the landlords love to cut corners and and do the bare minimum to get their required duties done. A Hidden Gem in Morristown
July 23, 2020Absolutely loved living here. Yes, the building is older, however, the units are updated and renovated. Brand new appliances and super high ceilings. Maintenance is top notch and the property manager is always available. My unit was spacious and very comfortable. Outside is always landscaped and clean. Location is a quick 7 min walk to the green and even quicker to the train station. 100% recommend. You wont get as much space anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect Location
May 12, 2018This building is spacious and quaint for anyone that is looking to be not to far from the middle of town but well within walking distance. The train station is a 2 minute walk making the morning commute that much easier. The apartment itself is well kept and the gym and laundry room are well kept up to date as well which is certainly a nice addition.
