The overall atmosphere is characterized by quietude and cleanliness, and I've found the other residents to be respectful. The trash valet service is a significant convenience. January 18, 2025Overall okay experience. It does get really loud especially on weekend nights in surrounding units and I can also smell cigarette smoke. Garage gate and call box has been broken for months which is a bit frustrating. Generally a safe building with good security measures. Maintenance is excellent. January 7, 2025I recently moved into Mountain View Crossings and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The community is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. My apartment is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, close to shopping, dining, and easy commuting options.
