Location and Comfort
February 9, 2021Best location, so close to Downtown Campus. The building is pleasant and well maintained. My daughter had an efficiency, as she was ready to have some privacy and security. The apartment is roomy and nicely appointed. Big, bright windows. Nice view. Huge bathroom! Manager was pleasant and helpful, and when the washing machine couldn't be fixed, they ordered a brand new one. A lovely, peaceful place to live.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing Place

Great Place to Live!
April 30, 2018Absolutely loved living at Mountaineer Place. The location is the best in all of Morgantown. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and available whenever needed. Plus the apartment is better than any other apartment I have been to in Morgantown. It is a large space, with the rooms and furniture being fantastic.
