    Paper thin walls. You can hear tv's, shower, toilet flushing, neighbors screaming, washer/dryer running, etc. Awful mangement.

    THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU WANT AFFORDABLE, SUPER QUITE. GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. GREAT RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE STAFF IS SUPER, KIND AND FRIENDLY. WALKING AND BIKE PATH IS MINUTES AWAY. THERE IS A WAITING LIST TO MOVE INTO THESE APRARTMENTS. THAT'S HOW GREAT THEY ARE.

    Great location and great price. The neighbors are great and the community is famtastic. Maintain r crew completed work in a timely manner. Located near the city mall and shopping centers. New schools just built with a vibrant downtown!
