December 30, 2019Hello, I am very disheartened to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience with us or any member of our staff. I am available anytime to discuss any concerns you have. As for the pest problem referenced, immense efforts have been made to cure the pest problem we inherited with the purchase of the property. Every resident who reported pests to the office has been contacted and confirmed our efforts have in fact eradicated the problem. If you have not been contacted or continue to experience issues, we must ask that you contact the office or you may contact me directly. It is imperative we resolve any issues you have in a timely manner.
