Post Road is a bad property manager
January 3, 2022Post Road will reply to maintenance requests and fix them adequately during business hours. We have had the HVAC unit and hot water stop working. They are extremely unresponsive to major repairs. We are currently on day 3 since reporting that our hot water broke and it took them months to replace our broken HVAC unit.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t bother with this complex
October 18, 2020I would never recommend this apartment complex way to many issues you pay a good bit of money to live here an the way management run this places and how they pick and choose over when they want to enforce rules and regulations and With who! It’s not worth the headache of having to deal wit unnecessary conflicts constantly you can find a better place for as much money as you pay hereReview from Apartments.com
Past Resident
August 7, 2019If you’re planning on moving here I suggest you keep looking. This company does nothing but screw you over from the time you enter to the time you leave. Our first apartment had severe water issues and leaks; some of which were right next to a ceiling fan and electrical wires. These remained unfixed and the maintenance just simply painted over the marks. Our A/C unit leaked water all over our bedroom floor and we were told that it was our fault. Until it happened a second time and someone ...actually came to re-evaluate the situation and found a blockage in the unit. We also had neighbors that threatened us when we asked them to keep the front door to the entire building shut (not propped open). When we brought all of this to the management’s attention we were basically pushed to the side or we could move to a more expensive unit. We were moved to a different apartment which seemed to be great until move out. Upon move out they give you a final bill. Since the company has such low staff they were unable to let the cleaning company in and took it upon themselves to use a company which charges $50 more than the one I had scheduled to come in and clean. This company looks to see how they can get more money from their residents and it’s disgusting. Not to mention the high utility bills due to appliances not working in the units. If you don’t believe me, keep reading the reviews. Also, at lease renewal time, expect your rent to go up about $300-500 depending on the lease length you choose. Also, I wrote this review right after speaking with the property manager and with corporate. Both locations had attitude when discussing everything with them. If you’re looking to rent here and want a mildly decent place to live where they respect you, keep looking!Property Manager Responded

Not a good apartment in my opinion
June 10, 2019Poorly maintained. Management is unresponsive. Disgusting conditions at move in. Stained bathroom. Carpets covered in hair. Shower falling apart. Oven can't open. Air conditioner breaks down.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful Place To Live
June 22, 2016In a historic downtown scene, Mulberry is a marvelous place to live. The rent is very affordable--there is plenty of space, and all of the tennants are very pleasant. If there is an issue with your apartment, the maintenance team will resolve it extremely quickly. I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom, two car garage, and I receive all of that for under $500 a month! It's in walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants--they each have a unique way of adding to the city's historic Capitol ...reputation, (The Firehouse) on N. 2nd is my personal favorite. Besides the train, (which takes a week to get used to,) it is extremely quiet. I would recommended this place to anyone. I've been here for two years currently.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Location, location, location.
August 16, 2015The apartments themselves are nice. Very spacious. It's nice having a bar with an open area. Two bathrooms are nice as well. Friendly community. Having a two car garage is awesome as well. You are a short walk away from 2nd street. Which is loaded with restaurants and shops. Overall, very happy to live here.Review from Apartments.com
