December 28, 2024I think the location is convenient and people are in general nice. However, the space under the staircase seems to be dirty all the time. They don’t seem to clean it and the carpet is dirty too.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Not so bad except the fact that we pay for amenities and we can’t access them after 6 o’clock we can’t even get to our package lockers because the doors are locked. The trash has gotten better they are picking up. The gate never works. It will work for a few days and then it’s broken the next as far as maintenance they are very prompt. The guys are awesome. November 20, 2024I’ve already done this once but let’s do it again. Just when you think things are getting better the gates are open again, people still leave trash, food, broken computer monitors in the lobby, trash and condoms are underneath the stairs. And I’ll give it to management they really are trying and doing their best it just some residents like to ruin it for all residents.Property Manager Responded
