    The clubhouse is great, but it only operates during business hours, so I can never use it because of my work schedule. There's no security or monitoring, which has allowed strangers to use the amenities, and some residents have been damaging the common areas without anyone reporting or addressing the issue.

    the most terrible community. there are “security gates” well I’ll tell you now they don’t work and will never properly work while you stay here. Our car was broken into and had all the tires stolen. The management has yet to respond to ANY of my emails, is very unhelpful, and the amenities are never working or are closed. DO NOT LIVE HERE, take your money somewhere else, TRUST ME

    The management does nothing to enforce rules. My apartment constantly smells like weed and I’ve tracked it to the air vents which means residents won’t comply to rules and I’ve emailed management many times and haven’t even been replied to. The appliances are constantly having issues and never get fixed properly, the amenities are constantly undergoing maintenance, and the gates NEVER WORK. If they are working, they go back down with thin the week. We will be moving when contract is up. Not a ...

    I think the location is convenient and people are in general nice. However, the space under the staircase seems to be dirty all the time. They don’t seem to clean it and the carpet is dirty too.

    Not so bad except the fact that we pay for amenities and we can’t access them after 6 o’clock we can’t even get to our package lockers because the doors are locked. The trash has gotten better they are picking up. The gate never works. It will work for a few days and then it’s broken the next as far as maintenance they are very prompt. The guys are awesome. It will get stuff done if something is broken.

    Excelente lugar para vivir, lugar tranquilo , limpio, me encanta la ubicación, todo cerca mall, restaurantes etc... excelente servicio al cliente en la oficina!!!!
