November 5, 2024the staff is kind, the amenities are good. the apartment itself is nice as well. the parking in the other had is pricy and the free parking is difficult to find, I recently heard the free parking floor will be paid parking soo as well which is disappointing.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2024Lock out fee should be base on how many room needs to be open rather than by person. The current policy is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. They charge $20 per call and by number of people present so if you have 2 people locked out but only trying to open up ONE room they would charge you $40.Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2024It was a nice place to live and had good amenities but it NEEDS more parking. If you don't get a spot in the garage which is unlikely during the school year you have to park way out in one of the neighborhoods.Property Manager Responded
