June 13, 2024Location is great however, the apartment below me won’t stop smoking on the patio so I cannot keep my patio door open without it reeking in my apartment. Also the dog trash is always overflowing for more than a week. A bit unsafe to walk dogs with the cars flying by ignoring the speed bumps. No door on the shower and no water system in the refrigerator is a bummer. Close to some things but not much around without going blocks away from the building.Review from Apartments.com

June 11, 2024The location is great. The building is very clean and very quiet. If you are a dog lover then this place is for you. I really like how secure the building is but how convenient it is to use the Butterfly app to allow visitors to enter.Property Manager Responded
