January 7, 2025Since I moved in, we have dealt with dilapidated living conditions, including mold, broken drawers and cabinets, homeless people sleeping in the garage and breaking in to pull fire alarms, and that's just getting started. They also have the audacity to raise rents, which is probably why so many people are leaving. They are bleeding residents and trying to win them back by offering referral bonuses that don't even cover 2 weeks of rent.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2024This is a small apartment community. There are not a lot of amenities, but the units are very modern and nice. It is tranquil, and I have not had any issues while living here. It is also convenient to the grove.Review from Apartments.com
