    On the first day we moved in, we ran into someone else moving out. They said their reason was because Neptune was raising their rent way too much that they had to move. We hoped that wouldn't be the case for us, but now we're being met with that same problem where Neptune is raising our rent so much just in 2 years that we have to start looking elsewhere.     control. It's really too bad Seattle hasn't passed any laws yet to prevent rent hikes. Neptune also makes you pay for a mandatory $30 valet trash. We wish it was optional because we would rather take down our trash than pay $30 for valet trash.

  • Unacceptable Fire Alarms

    Over the past few months, the fire alarm has gone off multiple times per week, causing the entire building to evacuate. It happens in the middle of the day when I am working and also at 4am so my entire family has to wake up and evacuate the kids. There has been no action to fix this faulty system so I anticipate it will continue for awhile… stay away
