June 7, 2021I love how the Walnut management were kind, considerate and generous with me from the very beginning. Kellie answered my questions with patience when I was looking for a unit very early on before my move-in date. I love how theyre pet friendly. Moving can be a very tedious process in itself and I was glad that Kellie informed me that I can move in earlier as soon as the unit would be available so that helped me a lot. Walnut always puts their tenants first before anything else! Customer service ...to me is important...with Walnut, you go the extra mile.
