All units listed are for SEPTEMBER 2025 - all leases run September through August, with a move in date of September 5th. Our complex is student housing. This popular complex fills up fast and is normally done pre-leasing by late March. New England Apartments is located within easy walking distance of Western Washington University, making it a popular complex with WWU students. With 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units, there is a floor plan that will suit everyone. Managed by RPM, we pride ourselves on our great customer service.
