November 8, 2024The staff is very friendly and the area is very clean. I haven't lived here long, but I enjoy every part of it. My only concern is here about the vehicle break-ins and towing residents. I only assume that's because of the new vehicle registration they implemented. However, exterior factors are something they can only mitigate, but I'd love to see how they combat this issue.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2024We have had absolutely no major problems whatsoever, Nexus has been amazing. Any minor problem like lights going out or our door lock running out of batteries were fixed promptly. Applying was simple, moving in was quick and easy, and the team here made us feel welcomed. the apartment was in great condition when moving in, and the maintenance response is quick, even when it is not urgent. it’s also in a good location, as we are about 20 minutes from downtown austin. i have no complaints about living in this apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2024So far it’s been good, I have enjoyed it but I didn’t believe the reviews when they said the ants and bugs were bad being in the first floor. I don’t like insects so seeing them drives me mad, been having pest control come out weekly at this point. Hopefully their traffic slows in the colder months.Property Manager Responded
