When I try to get in contact about it, they ignore my calls and emails. Management is terrible when it comes to these landlord imposed charges. I would go somewhere else to live if you can find something else reasonably close to campus. Bottom line is that the landlord is a vulture that feeds off the students.

Also the atmosphere is awful, expect there to be random people partying outside of your apartment not even students they’re people from the city. And you have to move your car because they’ll either break in or sit on your car. Management and cops don’t do anything.

This also resulted in multiple break-ins due to the sub-leased resident not having keys to the apt, resulting in the door being unable to be locked. Despite complaints to management dating back in August, it's now May and still no action has been taken. The Middletown police dpt. have even notified management of one of the break-ins which got really ugly, and STILL no action taken by management. I assume the roommate getting away with subleasing knows management personally because it doesn't make sense why they would allow this kind of thing to occur. I wouldn't expect them to care about quality of life for students here, but I'm really surprised they accept the fact they're being taken advantage financially by the resident subleasing. Between getting no sleep due to this sub-leasing resident which I had no way of removing due to management, and having to clean up after them, my time here has been awful. Shame my last year at Penn State will be remembered in such a terrible way due to management here.
