    Living at NOLO flats has overall been a great experience so far. The apartment location is perfect, and building is always well kept. Management and maintenance are typically fairly quick to reply and resolve any issues that arise.

    I have lived at Nolo West for the last 3 years and really enjoy it. The amenities and location are great! The rooftop during the summer is a really nice perk and they recently upgraded the gym.

    What else can I say. I'm 55 years old, I've owned and rented. This is the best place I've ever lived. Very cool neighborhood with lots of things to do but also nice and quiet. The perfect location, just footsteps from the bustling Washington Avenue lined with restaurants and bars. The property is immaculately clean and the management is stellar. I'm never moving. :)

    I love living here but the internet going out about once a week is incredibly frustrating. Working from home is almost impossible because I know at any minute my internet could go out. Each time this happens we get an email letting us know it is on US Internet which I understand, but at this point it’s frustrating we still use them as an Internet provider.

    Everything is great, great maintenance, very nice social events. Very proactive maintenance and reactive when we need a repair. Common areas are very well maintained.

    the community is beautiful and the apartments are gorgeous, they're decently priced compared to the other apartments in the area. its good for someone who hasn’t rented before they make renting very easy, you easily can pay online and see everything for your apartment and unit online, its convenient.
