Great view, good for the price
July 25, 2015For the neighborhood, it's a good value. The building is from the early 60s but well-maintained. We have a 2 bed/2ba, about 1,100 sq ft. Like many of the units, it has a large deck and great view of the Space Needle. The other tenants all seem pretty quiet and respectful. Biggest cons: the floors creak, and you can pick up noises from other units. The property management is responsive to concerns and maintenance requests.Review from Apartments.com
