November 15, 2024My experience here has been Very Convenient...The reason I said this is because the bldg im residing everyone is very Respectful and watch out for each other. I been here and I'm comfortable with my Apt. As for the Staff they are Respectful plus they listen to you when you need to ask questions about situations you need to be taken care of.As for Maintenance I can say they are very hard workers they will make sure whatever you need to be fixed they will make sure its taken care of.Come on now as ...for the Manager she's Concerned about her Residents and believe me she's going to get to the bottom of any problem you bring to her it will get Resolved. Im just overwhelmed of the Activities & Resident Gatherings they all get along with the Functions they have for different Occasions. As for the landscaping & the Groundkeeper it been clean plus with the Picnic Areas are also 2gather.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024I have really enjoyed living here. I have been here going on 3 years. The staff in the office is always on point and helpful with any thing you need. October 13, 2024Hi I'm so Greatful to share my living here @ Nolan Grande so far everything is going great. Everyone gets along with each other and for the Staff here they are concern about the residents here.The Manager is very cooperative and take time to listen to whatever complaint needs to be taken care of.The Assistant Manager...Receptionist & Program Coordinator who's work in the office they are very polite and they listens to whatever need to be taken care of..And our Maintenance Crew are Awesome as ...well they make sure they fix whatever need to be fixed...I been spreading the word to different ppl @ Stores to come over and be A Resident.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2024Great apartment, but the rent makes ungodly increases with every renewal. Since the apartments are ADA Compliant, the doorways are large and so is the bathroom.Property Manager Responded

My Manager here is Very Concern and She takes Time to listen to You. August 5, 2024Supposedly the community is for 50 and up seniors, but several young adults living in the community. Upsurge in activity around the community with this younger group. Gate open frequently. N one residents use the pool. Not a senior community if that what you are looking for.Property Manager Responded

Nolen Grand is an affordable community for individuals aged 55 and older, with many of our residents having called this home for several years. We require that at least one leaseholder meets the age requirement, but additional occupants may be under 55. We also welcome guests, though we do have guidelines for their use of our amenities. These policies are outlined in our community guidelines, and we would be happy to review them with you. Please come by the office or call us so we can discuss this and answer any questions you have. It's important to us that all of our residents feel at home at Nolen Grand Apartments.

I'm happy with my apt and the employees are great they are concern about the residents. As for the Maintenance Crew they are hard workers and they get the job done. August 2, 2024The management team is not perfect, but they are much better than the majority of teams in the other 18 properties I’ve lived. The star here is the apartments and the trees. The property has a courtyard in the middle of 4 of the buildings, and it is a peaceful respite from the complexities of life. The property is also accessible to the Oak Cliff Nature Preserve. The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings and wide doorways. The only obstacle to renewing a lease is the approximately $100 ...increase in rent every year.Property Manager Responded
