    Very friendly, very simple process. Fantastic apartment!I loved the fact that you can tell they take pride in their properties. Large complex but love the fact there are 2 pools, dog park area, and the parking isn’t crowded regardless of time!

    Great community, excellent staff, good location and impressive amenities! Megan has been amazing to work with and very helpful since I had to apply for the apartment long distance and was not able to do anything in person. Nolia on the Hill has been a wonderful place to live so far!

    Pretty nice experience so far. Except for the shower drain stopper thing popping out of the wall twice. Other than that, the leasing office people are nice.

    Nolia on the Hill has been a great apartment complex to move into. The atmosphere feels safe and like home and the office employees are so friendly and helpful. The actual apartments are so nice too. They feel looked after and taken care of before you move into your new home. If it's your first time moving, or you need a new place to reside this is a great place to live.

    Everything about my move-in process has been great! The staff here are so friendly and are always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. They kept me up to date on everything and were transparent with me throughout the entire process. Melissa has been absolutely wonderful and has worked with my schedule to get everything done smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    The maintance isn't very good here. They take to long to fix task or do it incorrectly. They could be better with the price that is paid here.

    From start to finish the process of moving in here for my wife and I has been absolutely amazing, we didnt wait too long for anything, any and all questions we had were answered promptly and on-time, and once our applications were approved, we were in in no time! We had the pleasure of working with Whitney for a short period of time but she went her own way and we got Megan in her place! Awesome to work with and we have been so excited since the approval, our apartment has been astonishing since ...
    coming in, the space and leisure of the space is very welcoming and spacious from top to bottom! Needless to say, we have been very happy since moving in here, the reviews we seen werent that great because of the whole “Mansion to Nolia” phase, but our experience with the people they have now has been extremely present, not knocking any of those reviews because some of them are personal but I feel those were moments the company wasnt being represented at its best and we all have our moments! <3
