December 22, 2024Nolia on the Hill has been a great apartment complex to move into. The atmosphere feels safe and like home and the office employees are so friendly and helpful. The actual apartments are so nice too. They feel looked after and taken care of before you move into your new home. November 17, 2024From start to finish the process of moving in here for my wife and I has been absolutely amazing, we didnt wait too long for anything, any and all questions we had were answered promptly and on-time, and once our applications were approved, we were in in no time! We had the pleasure of working with Whitney for a short period of time but she went her own way and we got Megan in her place! Awesome to work with and we have been so excited since the approval, our apartment has been astonishing since ...coming in, the space and leisure of the space is very welcoming and spacious from top to bottom! Needless to say, we have been very happy since moving in here, the reviews we seen werent that great because of the whole “Mansion to Nolia” phase, but our experience with the people they have now has been extremely present, not knocking any of those reviews because some of them are personal but I feel those were moments the company wasnt being represented at its best and we all have our moments! <3Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2024Beautiful place to live. Wish we had a jacuzzi lol but I enjoy all the amenities we have. Wish we didn't change so many property owners in the 5 years I've been here, so that's where the lack of one star comes in. But as many annoyances as we have I'd still prefer this place over any other around here. We have considered leaving at times but end up finding out that other places have terrible maintenance and management that don't address problems with units. I would love to give it 5 stars but, I have lived here now over 5 years, and the apartments can use some updates. ESPECIALLY appliances.
